Insight Global are seeking a Contracts & Invoicing Analyst to support a large, global technology organisation operating within the data centre and product design space. This position requires fully remote working, based in the UK, for a long-term contract (Inside IR35). The Contracts & Invoicing Analyst will play a key role in supporting contract, purchase order and invoicing execution for a fast‑paced product design team. The focus of this role is on invoicing and payment processing, alongside broader budget and cash‑flow management responsibilities. The successful consultant will join a collaborative team environment and be expected to ramp up quickly, handling a high volume of contracts on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end‑to‑end contract, PO and invoicing execution for product design initiatives
  • Own invoicing and payment processing across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Support budget tracking, cash‑flow management and PO/budget reconciliation
  • Provide regular reporting and monthly updates on cash‑flow status
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
  • Operate effectively in a high‑volume environment, managing numerous contracts simultaneously

Must‑Have Requirements:

  • Experience with invoicing and payment processing across multiple teams or business units
  • Exposure to internal procurement, finance or project management tools (e.g. PMT, SIMBA, Buying Hub, Ariba, eBuilder or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work proactively in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and reconciliation skills
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of contracts and financial transactions

  • Background in training or supporting other team members
