Insight Global is looking for a talented Senior Specialist – International Digital Content to drive international CRM initiatives across Web, App, and Kiosk channels for our global restaurant client. If you’re a Braze expert with a passion for high-impact digital campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to shape CRM strategy across multiple global markets.
As part of the Digital Space team, you’ll collaborate with digital marketers and creative partners to develop, launch, and optimize CRM email campaigns across international regions — ensuring alignment with broader marketing calendars and brand objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building, executing, and optimizing CRM email campaigns in Braze
- Managing Braze dashboards, campaign setup, QA, and reporting
- Tracking KPIs and reporting against QSR industry benchmarks
- Following the global marketing campaign schedule while maintaining creative flexibility
- Collaborating closely with Digital Marketing Specialists, photographers, and creative teams
- Supporting brand awareness initiatives
- Ensuring high accuracy in campaign deployment
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and reporting. Experience in QSR, retail, or other high-volume consumer brands (preferred). Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Based in London or willing to work UK hours remotely.
Nice to Have:
