Insight Global is seeking a personable and proactive Member Concierge to join their clients\’ newest storefront in the Chestnut Hill, MA area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and wants to be part of a fast-growing mobility brand. You’ll be the go-to resource for walk-in visitors and scheduled vehicle handoffs, ensuring every member has a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, guiding them through company offerings and helping them understand how the service works.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup or return. Perform quick inspections and prep as needed.
- Help members with everything from placing orders to resolving issues—always with a focus on creating a seamless experience.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory, appointment scheduling, and vehicle readiness.
- Navigate internal systems to update member accounts, track vehicle status, and communicate effectively with other teams.
- Relay customer feedback and common questions to internal teams to help improve service and product offerings.
- As part of a small team, you’ll take on additional tasks to support the store’s success.
