Insight Global are seeking a Product Designer for a leading organisation within the energy trading sector. This position requires 3 days onsite per week in London, UK for a 6-month initial contract with extension potential and is Inside IR35 . The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research through to delivery and implementation, while helping shape product strategy and user-centred solutions. Strong experience across the full product design lifecycle, including discovery, research, ideation, testing, validation, and delivery. Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience working with design systems and reusable components. Ability to plan and conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements. Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, UX flows, interaction designs, and low to high-fidelity prototypes. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and delivery. Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally. Ability to communicate design decisions effectively and work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation. Exposure to service design methodologies. Lead the design process from problem definition through to delivery. Conduct user research and gather stakeholder insights to inform design decisions. Support the prioritisation of product opportunities and help guide the design journey across stakeholders.
