Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our Broadcasting Clients team. The candidate will be responsible for testing of new hardware and hardware modifications. They will be responsible for validating, verifying, and ensuring the compliance of all hardware products—including TVs, set‑top boxes, routers, and connected devices. This role performs end‑to‑end testing across electrical, RF, EMC, and regulatory domains while supporting product changes, component updates, and ongoing quality improvements.
Must Haves:
- Experience with hardware testing, RF validation, or EMC measurement.
- Familiar with regression testing, compliance testing, and change management.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, power meters, and EMC chambers.
- Strong understanding of hardware architecture, signal behavior, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to third party labs as needed.
