Insight Global is looking for change management consultants to join one of their investment banking clients in London. The individuals will be a part of the Investment Banking Technology Vertical and a part of the CRM team and will be responsible for change management and training initiatives around CRM transformations. Ideal candidates will have strong execution skills, adaptability, and ability to engage with senior bankers, VPs, Associates, Analysts. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days a week onsite in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of change management plans across IB technology projects
  • Partner with business and technology teams to coordinate communications, training, and rollout activities
  • Engage directly with bankers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption
  • Prepare stakeholder materials including presentations, training guides, and updates
  • Help manage resistance and ensure smooth transition to new tools and processes
  • Track adoption metrics and report on progress to senior stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying risks and issues related to change and escalate as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management or business transformation
  • Experience working in a front office banking environment (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders (Senior Bankers to Entry level analysts)
  • Clear and concise communication skills
