Insight Global is looking for a

Windows UI Developer to join one of there large technology clients!

This role will be working primarily with C#, WPF, and modern .

NET technologies, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding an established codebase, delivering new user-facing features, and improving the overall performance, usability, and reliability of the endpoint console.

This will be a 12 month contract (Inside IR35). You will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule attending the office 3x weekly in Cambridge.

Targeting the following skillsets

  • Proven experience developing Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF (Windows Forms experience also considered).
  • Experience working with modern . NET technologies, including . NET 8 and later versions.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing large, enterprise-grade software products within an existing codebase.
  • Strong understanding of desktop application architecture.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
  • Experience working with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
