Insight Global is looking for BDRs who are fluent in German to join one of our channel partners. As a Business Development Representative on their team, your role will be to generate qualified pipelines and identify new opportunities to expand footprint beyond the 100,000+ organizations that already use (and love!) the product. We are seeking someone who is passionate about evangelizing their vision, helping a diverse customer base envision and realize deep value from their platform. You will identify new, strategic opportunities across the entire customer journey and ideate, test and optimize the strategies that unlock them.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipelines and identify new opportunities to expand footprint beyond the 100,000+ organizations that already use the product.
  • Identify new, strategic opportunities across the entire customer journey and ideate, test and optimize the strategies that unlock them.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in German
  • You have at least 1 year of sales or related customer-facing experience (recruitment, retail, etc.).
  • Can commute and work out of London hub 3 days/wk.
  • You have a track record of success in a metric driven environment.
  • Resilience and grit through rejection with outbound strategies.
  • You can balance multiple initiatives and have excellent prioritization skills.
  • You are a self-starter who is motivated to expand their sales knowledge.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are an exceptional storyteller.
  • You are proactive and seek out feedback consistently.
Pluses
  • Technical Aptitude: familiarity with cloud, project management, SaaS, APIs, or CRM tools/language.
