Day-to-day Insight Global is seeking a hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst to join the Equity Operations Product Development team for a leading banking client in London. The role involves collaborating with Equity Operations line teams, Technology, Front Office Platform, and Change Management to ensure operational requirements and priorities are clearly represented. The successful candidate will oversee the build process with Technology, manage UAT for Equity Operations, and ensure all changes are tested and signed off. Additionally, they will provide project updates and contribute to initiatives spanning trade capture, lifecycle management, settlements, tax, and regulatory reporting. This position requires balancing a project mindset with a strong understanding of product and process, focusing on delivering business enablement and operational excellence through technology.
Must-haves
- Strong Project Management/Business Analyst experience in an investment banking environment
- Knowledge of Global Markets products, ideally Equity Derivatives and Equity Swaps
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for operations teams
- Ability to produce clear project updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Plusses
- Familiarity with regulatory projects (Tier 1) and data/metrics-driven initiatives
- Background in trade lifecycle management, settlements, tax, and regulatory reporting
