Insight Global is seeking a Change Analyst, Exchange Traded Derivatives to join a leading bank client for a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives within the Futures & Options Client Services team: the migration of legacy books and records systems and readiness for T+1 settlement implementation. This includes planning and executing migration activities such as data validation, reconciliation, and cutover strategy, as well as coordinating UAT and ensuring operational readiness.

You will partner with clearing operations, technology teams, and external vendors to adapt processes for accelerated settlement cycles, maintain documentation and control frameworks, and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders. Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies will be a key focus throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives within the Futures & Options Client Services team: the migration of legacy books and records systems and readiness for T+1 settlement implementation.
  • Plan and execute migration activities such as data validation, reconciliation, and cutover strategy, and coordinate UAT and operational readiness.
  • Partner with clearing operations, technology teams, and external vendors to adapt processes for accelerated settlement cycles, maintain documentation and control frameworks, and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Strong background as a business analyst / project manager or related role in an investment banking environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Futures & Options operations and clearing workflows.
  • Experience with GMI and BRM systems.
  • Experience working on regulatory projects and initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with data mapping, reconciliation, and UAT coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks (CFTC, EMIR, MiFID II).
  • Familiarity with T+1 settlement processes and industry best practices.
  • Previous involvement in audit and governance reviews.
