The Total Rewards Analyst will support the EMEA Total Rewards team with a primary focus on EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance, compensation analytics, pay transparency requests, data validation, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will partner closely with Compensation, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to help ensure compliant implementation of pay transparency requirements across multiple countries. The role requires someone who can work independently, handle sensitive compensation data, and maintain accuracy in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications:

  • Compensation or Total Rewards experience
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • HR Analytics or compensation reporting experience
  • Experience supporting compliance-driven initiatives
  • Oracle or similar HRIS experience
  • Ability to manage sensitive compensation data with a high degree of accuracy
