Insight Global is partnering with a leading company in the Food Services industry to enhance their Internal Audit Division. We are seeking an Internal Auditor for a permanent position. This role offers a diverse and hands-on experience, exposing you to a wide range of audit activities.
You’ll be involved in multiple ongoing projects, including SOX testing across UK and international entities, financial and operational audits across the UK and LATAM. Specific projects include TPRM audits, inventory audits, and financial control reviews across subsidiaries.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in walkthrough meetings
- Documenting processes
- Executing testing
- Supporting the delivery of audit findings
- Meeting support, taking minutes, and leading specific audit areas as needed
- Collaborating with external auditors
- Responding to queries
- Ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Currently studying or planning to study towards ACCA (study support provided, including financial sponsorship, hours sign-off, and study leave).
Experience required:
- Experience in external or internal audit roles (can be a placement year)
- Experience in accounts preparation and understanding of audit processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Degree-qualified with a strong academic background
- Exposure to SOX compliance and third-party audits
