We are looking for a talented Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment. This position involves taking incoming calls from customers looking to book rail holiday packages across Europe, North America and beyond. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will be expected to follow up with customers regularly to maximise lead potential.
Must Haves:
- Provide an excellent experience on calls to maximise booking potential, drive customer loyalty and referrals.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ask relevant questions to understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budget to suggest the perfect travel experience.
- Assist customers from the point of enquiry through to their departure date.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
- Participate and engage in weekly team trainings and small group coaching sessions.
- Advise all clients concerning sales specials and promotions.
