Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Director Client Support within our Director Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and client support to an appointed Director within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage Director’s weekly client and company appointments – this includes full calendar management and arranging appointments in advance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients via telephone, email, and personal financial portal.
  • Prepare client packs to the highest standard and complete paperwork prior to/after meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software.
  • Complete and audit New Business Submission within a timely manner, including preparing comprehensive Suitability Reports.
  • Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks.
  • Ensure compliance is maintained to the highest standards with all necessary documents completed and recorded.
  • Track director progress with ensuring paid-on/written targets are met on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and manage up-to-date client book, including regular segmentation meetings.
  • Build relationships with product partners and key stakeholders.
  • Initiate workload from client and adviser actions.
  • Commit to personal development.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
