We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Resources Team as an Administrator in our Norwich office. Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming client post by department and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the support teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and third-party providers.
- Prepare client packs and paperwork before and after meetings, including requesting valuations.
- Obtain policy information from product providers via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Build relationships with product partners and manage their documentation and tasks.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with initiating workloads based on client and adviser actions.
- Reception cover.
- Data entry tasks.
- Commit to continuous personal development and learning within the role.
