We’re looking for a experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our sister company, Insight Executive Solutions, a retained search and data driven specialist. The opportunity covers USA Facilities Management & Real Estate sector. You’ll be given ongoing time and support, training and mentoring with some of the most well-known and networked FM recruitment professionals in the industry If you would like to be part of a business that actively encourages a positive work-life balance , with flexible working opportunities and a collaborative , supportive environment then read on! Hit personal and company targets · Create and post job advertisements · Search appropriate candidates using our in-house CRM and social media · Screen every applicant thoroughly before the interviewing process · Carefully match applicants to job positions Qualifications and Skills · 8+ years recruitment experience . Must have experience working within the FM or Real Estate sector · Perm or Interim recruitment experience desirable · Commercially minded · Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques · Outstanding relationship building skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent with prioritization and time-management . Ability to work to US time zones
