I am currently recruiting for a Systems Training Specialist with strong hands-on experience of the Mosaic case management system. The Mosaic Systems Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging training for social care users, supporting effective system adoption and confident use across frontline staff and managers. The role covers training needs analysis, material development (guides, e-learning, workshops), delivery (classroom, virtual, 1-to-1), and continuous improvement based on feedback and system changes.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in systems training or L&D
- Strong working knowledge of Mosaic
- Experience delivering training to varied technical audiences
- Confident facilitator (face-to-face and online)
Desirable
- E-learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate)
- Reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects, Looker)
The System Trainer Mosaic role will be hybrid for an initial period of 6 months.
