Within this role, you will lead fire-related works across a live estate, from initial scope through to handover, with clear visibility and accountability. You will be comfortable operating across service orders, minor works and capital projects, with a strong grounding in fire safety compliance.
You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, including:
- Managing service orders and minor/major projects from scope through to completion
- Leading fire remedial works driven by Fire Risk Assessments and compliance activity
- Developing project scopes, programmes, cost plans and risk registers
- Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Overseeing delivery on site, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence
- Managing budgets, challenging costs and ensuring value for money
- Ensuring full compliance, governance and auditability across all works
