Purpose of the role
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys, accurately record data and input into asset management systems.
- Meet survey completion targets and manage appointments efficiently.
- Identify hazards such as damp, disrepair, and structural issues.
- Collaborate with asset and housing teams to report risks and issues.
