Local authority in Warwickshire currently require a senior asset and estate surveyor for an initial period of 6 months.

Purpose of the role:

  • To efficiently and effectively manage the Council’s commercial portfolio and corporate property asset strategy and co-ordinate this with the Council’s Housing strategy.
  • To effectively and efficiently manage the Council’s acquisitions and disposals and the professional asset and estates function for the Council’s housing stock, corporate property and the commercial estate.
  • To negotiate, record and manage property acquisition and disposals to meet Council objectives.
  • To manage the performance and inventory of all council commercial portfolio and corporate property assets and any associated data sets and data systems in regard to ownership and estates data.
  • To be responsible to deliver the commercial property strategy for the council.
  • To act as deputy for the Property Manager in relation to Estates Management matters in their absence.

£500 a day Inside IR35, 6 months, Hybrid (1 day office, 4 remote), Start ASAP.
