Insight Executives Solutions (IES) are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a part time Researcher/Resourcer to join the team in Worthing - West Sussex.
About IEG and IES:
Insight Executive Group was founded in 2015 by Nick White and Richard Collins, establishing a strong reputation for high-quality recruitment across the UK. In 2025, Nick expanded the business into the US market, leading to the creation of Insight Executive Solutions (IES). IES specialises in recruiting Permanent and Retained Senior Leadership roles within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, and Construction. Our team is structured to deliver sector expertise with three Consultants dedicated to FM/CRE and three Consultants focused on Construction. They’re supported by our Marketing, Finance, and Compliance/Admin teams, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates.
About the role:
- The role will predominantly focus on executive searches within the FM and Corporate Real Estate sectors across the US. From time to time, there may also be opportunities to support our Construction team, depending on project demand and client needs.
- Daily catch up with your line manager on the projects and tasks for the day, where you will agree on what time will be blocked out for the individual projects.
- Review job specifications with the Consultant to plan effective LinkedIn mapping and outreach. This includes understanding the role, target location/radius, target clients and industries, and required years of experience.
- Support the mapping process by reviewing candidate profiles alongside the Consultant to ensure they meet the client’s criteria before outreach begins.
- Lead LinkedIn outreach, including creating targeted campaigns and sending tailored messages to potential candidates to gauge interest in the role.
- Carry out additional outreach via email or phone when required to widen the talent pool and ensure strong engagement.
- Gather and organise candidate information, including CVs and contact details, and pass these on to the Consultants for next steps.
- Maintain accurate mapping data, updating candidate status and activity so our reporting to clients is always clear and current.
Adhoc duties:
- Adding CVs to our CRM
- Booking in Screening calls
- Formatting CVs
- Researching potential Leads sent over from the team
Working hours are 35 hours a week. Some of those hours will overlap with US working hours. 3 days to be worked from our Worthing office, two days from home. £16.50 per hour + Commission.
Experience/Skills:
Some experience in recruitment or LinkedIn Recruiter searches would be desirable, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, stay self-motivated, and keep things moving without constant supervision. You’ll thrive if you’re comfortable adapting to last-minute changes and enjoy working as part of the team.
Why join our team?
Our goals are transparent, our processes are evolving, and everyone understands how their role contributes to the bigger picture. We also believe work should feel rewarding throughout the year; we run quarterly team events and friendly competitions.
