About the Company

This mid-sized Facilities Management company is looking to fill a key leadership role with a Regional Manager, managing a team of Contract Managers controlling some of its largest PFI Healthcare contracts.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a Regional Manager looking for a position in a company where your thoughts matter and ideas are heard at Board Level or a strong Contract Manager looking for a step up.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and service improvements
  • Development of regional strategy & business plan
  • Ensuring company & clients policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensuring management controls (auditing / action plans) to deliver audit findings quickly
  • Resolving high value and high risk contractual disputes
  • Interrogation of business reports and quality assurance
  • Ensuring all services are delivered on budget and on time
  • Providing input to Board level reports
  • Management of your region's GP targets
  • Creation and maintenance of business continuity plan
  • Monitoring, review and control of monthly costs & providing reports
  • Identification of risks & opportunities

Background

You will be a Regional Manager or a Contract Manager with a Healthcare, Government or Education background - ideally with PFI experience (unless you have worked within the NHS).

While the role is remote there will be monthly (sometimes more) travel to Kent and infrequent travel to Essex and the South West.

Pay range and compensation package

  • £70,000 - £75,000 (some flexibility)
  • £6,000 car allowance
