Local authority in the Northwest requires a Quantity Surveyor for an initial period of 6 months.
Purpose of the role:
A temporary Quantity Surveyor is required to assist with peaks in workload of delivering the Annual Capital Programme of Works, which includes Major schemes. The successful candidate will work as part of a Design & Delivery Team delivering planned, programmed works to part of the council's Housing Stock, including a range of tenanted High Rise, Low Rise, Sheltered blocks etc, delivering improvement works such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, heating, Fire - Risk Assessments works, zero-carbon schemes, external cladding and insulation works, ad-hoc remedial works.
