We are currently looking for a compliance surveyor for a public sector organisation in Staffordshire for an initial period of five months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across domestic properties.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all properties are 100% compliant in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and raise works for the planned, reactive, and compliance works and book remedial works.
  • Liaise with external contractors to meet budgets and contract requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance.
  • Social housing or local authority experience.
  • Good communication and customer experience.

Salary £30‑£35 per hour.

Working Conditions Hybrid working. Mileage covered.
