OverviewWe are currently looking for a compliance surveyor for a public sector organisation in Staffordshire for an initial period of five months.

Responsibilities

Working as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across the domestic properties

Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties are 100% compliance in line with statutory and regulatory requirements

Identifying and raising works for the planned, reactive and compliance works and booking in the remedial works

Liaising with external contractors to ensure the budgets and contract requirements are met

Experience and qualifications

Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance

Social housing or local authority experience

Good communication and customer experience

30- £35phr

Hybrid working

Mileage covered
