Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking to recruit a Project Manager to support their PFI contract in the healthcare sector in Hereford. This is a full-time permanent role with a starting salary of up to £50k.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong Project Management background with a PFI and/or healthcare background. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all asset-related activities in line with the PFI expiry timeline and contractual obligations
  • Leading comprehensive asset surveys, condition assessments, and validation of asset registers against contractual requirements and lifecycle records
  • Working collaboratively with the NHS Trust, PFI Management Company, and FM teams to align asset management outputs
  • Ensuring asset data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM) and other regulatory frameworks.

The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing asset-related workstreams on complex estates (preferably healthcare or PFI environments)
  • Understanding of PFI contracts, FM delivery models, and hand back obligations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and report-writing skills
  • Familiarity with NHS Estates guidance, HTMs, and statutory compliance frameworks
  • Project management qualification (APM / PRINCE2 / MSP desirable)
