Local authority in Greater Manchester are currently looking for a stock condition surveyor on an interim basis.
Purpose of the role: Responsible for the provision of a high quality and comprehensive stock condition surveys to enable Asset Planning and Stock Management. To lead on and co-ordinate the processes and procedures for stock condition surveys and to work with colleagues to capture and provide data from their inspections in other service areas in a consistent and accurate manner.
Initially 2-3 months. Hourly rate negotiable. 37 hours per week. Hybrid.
