Client: ISS | Location: Site-based - Prospect Park Hospital | Salary: up to £70,000
Insight Executive is partnering with ISS to appoint a Quality Manager for a key healthcare site at Prospect Park Hospital.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and improving the Quality Management System across the Hard FM service
- Leading audits, inspections and compliance activity (internal, client and external)
- Managing non-conformances, corrective/preventive actions and root-cause investigations
- Producing clear, credible quality reporting and performance insights
- Supporting operational teams to embed quality into day-to-day delivery
- Working closely with the on-site client team to align expectations, standards and outcomes
What we're looking for (essentials)
- Quality management experience within Facilities Management
- Strong Hard Services knowledge (essential)
- Healthcare FM experience (essential)
- Recognised ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification (or working towards) (essential)
- Able to work closely with a well-informed, hands-on client team
Nice to have
- Exposure to PFI contracts
