Make an impact where it matters. I am looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major public‑sector Facilities Management (FM) contract. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading contract variations from identification and pricing through to negotiation and recovery.
  • Driving commercial strategy to enhance margin, control cost and ensure long‑term sustainability.
  • Acting as the primary commercial interface with the client on contractual matters, negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Ensuring contract governance and compliance across the full lifecycle.
  • Providing contractual guidance to support billable works and cost recovery.
  • Translating commercial strategy into practical operational outcomes.
  • Managing risk and opportunity to protect and grow commercial value.
  • Overseeing WIP valuation, reporting and cash conversion.
  • Supporting financial forecasting alongside Finance Business Partners.
  • Leading on complex contractual issues, disputes and claims.
  • Championing commercial best practice, governance and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across clients, operations, finance and supply chain.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in hard and soft FM.
  • Strong background in Government and public‑sector contracts (CCS, NEC).
  • Excellent understanding of revenue, cost, margin and commercial modelling.
  • Skilled in pricing models, performance mechanisms and commercial analysis.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Clear, articulate communicator able to present complex information simply.
