Local authority in Merseyside currently requires a senior project manager for an initial period of three months. ( likely to be much longer).\\n\\nPurpose of the role:\\n\\nWe require an experienced senior project manager to develop the pipeline for the 2026 annual programme of improvement for primary schools.\\n\\nThe current annual programme comprises approximately 20 projects with a total value of circa £4m and involves a range of schemes including design and refurbishment of internal spaces, services replacement, external repairs, extensions.\\n\\nThis role will manage 1 FTE Senior PM and the term consultancy contract.\\n\\nEssential knowledge and skills\\n\\n * Built environment qualification (eg. architect/technician/building services engineer/building surveyor)\\n\\n * Construction industry Project Management qualification.
Eg RICS\\n\\n * Highly effective communicator, positivity and flexibility\\n\\n * Track record of delivery\\n\\n * Experienced in education projects and delivering within critical timescales\\n\\n * \\n\\n Understanding of public sector processes, DfE funding and Building Bulletins\\n\\n£475 a day (Inside)\\n\\nHybrid working 2-3 split\\n\\nStart ASAP\\n\\nLikely to be long term work\\n\\nIf the role is of interest please apply for the role and one of the property team will call you to discuss
