Housing provider in Cambridgeshire are looking for a compliance manager to join their property team on a permanent basis.. The post-holder will lead property compliance and organisational health and safety arrangements, ensuring that statutory, regulatory and contractual responsibilities are met across areas including gas, electrical safety, fire risk, water hygiene, asbestos, lifting equipment, building safety, wider statutory compliance and Damp, Mould and Condensation.
