Join Airedale NHS Foundation Trust to lead the design and construction of the new Airedale General Hospital. This position offers a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be involved in a major hospital development as part of the wider NHS New Hospital Programme.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to help take the scheme forward by leading the planning and management of the end-to-end construction of the build. This position is crucial in creating a safe and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff at one of the most ambitious healthcare projects within the NHS.
Role Responsibilities- Lead the development and management of plans to develop the hospital site in line with the vision and objectives for the New Hospital and the wider site development programme.
- Ensure the New Hospital 2.0 Reference Design is applied across the end-to-end scheme design process, providing reference to any areas where this can’t be achieved.
- Be accountable for the relevant approved budgets, managing the cashflow and reporting against programme cashflow/budget.
- Ensure effective management of staff, including appraisals, supervision, and job planning.
- Flexible hybrid working, onsite nursery, and various health and wellbeing programs.
