Purpose of the role: To be part of the day-to-day operational management of the Council's Repairs and Maintenance Team and Contractors, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function ensuring the Council as a landlord is compliant with its statutory and legal obligations.

Candidates must have:

  • Technical qualification and accreditation allowing for the supervision of gas works: The Gas Safety (Installation and use) regulations 1998.
  • Must hold valid UK driving licence - travel to site. (mileage paid)

37 hours per week, £35 an hour umbrella. Office / Site Based. 3 months initially, likely to be ongoing work. Start ASAP.
