Manage the Council's building and maintenance projects, providing technical specialist advice in Mechanical Building Services Engineering, ensuring that all works are carried out in an efficient manner, setting performance specifications and standards and being responsible for ensuring works meet the required quality standards, including ensuring that the legislative duties under Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 are discharged effectively with particular reference to water hygiene and legionella.
Initially 3 months but likely to be longer.
37 hours per week.
