Insight Executive Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join a well-established facility and building services operation in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and hands-on engineering professional with experience across mechanical and electrical building services to lead a team of engineers and oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
The Role
As Engineering Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of an on-site engineering team. You will work closely with senior operational and facilities management teams to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, supervise and support a team of on-site engineers
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
