Director of Technical Solutions Hard FM Services Kent Salary guide – £80,000 to £100,000 Insight Executive are pleased to be working with this client again on another key hire to the leadership team, for their recruitment of a Director of Technical Solutions. In the role of Director of Technical Solutions, you will lead the delivery of engineering services across the entire estate, ensuring that buildings are safe, compliant, resilient, and well maintained. This strategic role gives the autonomy for defining, executing and monitoring a number of business-critical strategies including – Site Infrastructure master-planning, technical leadership, long term maintenance programme, capital investment design oversight, statutory and mandatory compliance delivery, and the development of engineering best practice.
