Local authority in Staffordshire currently require a DFG officer to join their public protection team for an initial period of 5 months. * The senior officer will carry a caseload of complex applications, liaising with the resident throughout to compile, approve and complete their application for funded adaptations, dealing with informal and stage 1 complaints.
