Housing provider in Shropshire are looking for a building surveyor to join their expanding asset management team.
Purpose of the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and validation of stock and energy data for all the client's owned properties to enable timely asset management and programme work decisions to be made. In particular:
- Carry out property condition surveys in line with the group asset management strategy.
- Complete energy efficiency surveys in line with letting requirements.
- Provide appropriate investment in estates to meet the group’s quality investment standard.
