Insight Executive Group is seeking a commercial building surveyor for an initial 5-month contract in Cheshire. The successful candidate will work within the Building Services Team focusing on response maintenance and capital works management.

This role requires leadership in multi-disciplinary design teams and conducting condition surveys, adhering to Service Level Agreements, and contributing to the annual Building Maintenance Programme.

The salary ranges from £35 to £40 per hour for 37 hours a week, with the position inside IR35.
