A housing provider in Cambridgeshire is looking for a compliance manager to join their property team on a permanent basis. The post-holder will lead property compliance and organisational health and safety arrangements, ensuring that statutory, regulatory and contractual responsibilities are met across areas including gas, electrical safety, fire risk, water hygiene, asbestos, lifting equipment, building safety, wider statutory compliance and Damp, Mould and Condensation.
The role also includes leadership of compliance programmes, contractor performance, budgets, KPI reporting, risk management, digital compliance records and assurance reporting to senior leaders and governance groups.
Hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
Salary: £56,500
