Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking to recruit a Domestic Manager on their healthcare site based in Ipswich. This is a full-time permanent role with a starting salary of £40k with an ASAP start.
The successful Domestic Manager will be responsible for:
- ensuring patients receive care in an environment that is clean, safe, caring and welcoming
- ensuring the highest possible standard of cleanliness for all service users
- ensuring that the risk of healthcare associated infections are minimised
- managing and delivering a domestic cleaning service that meets contractual obligations and KPIs and is compliant with Trust policies and procedures
The successful Domestic Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- managing cleaning teams
- experience of working across multi-sites
- ideally experience of working within a healthcare setting
