Purpose of the role: To lead the strategic management of the organisation’s housing assets, ensuring a data-driven, financially sustainable, compliant and resident-focused approach to asset investment, planning and delivery. The role will integrate asset strategy, investment planning, asset performance, sustainability and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organisation’s homes are safe, high-quality, energy efficient and aligned to future standards.
Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in housing, surveying, construction, asset management or related discipline
- Evidence of continued professional development
Desirable:
- MRICS, MCIOB, CIH or equivalent professional membership
- Leadership or management qualification
