Role Purpose:
- Carrying out day to day investment portfolio duties arising from the commercial assets (both directly let properties and some ground leased properties) including rent reviews, negotiating new lettings, lease renewals & generally dealing with all landlord and tenant matters arising including processing applications for landlord's consent, surrenders and dilapidations.
- Estate management of multi-let properties including managing service charges and budgeting, overseeing Letting Agents (where already appointed), debt monitoring and income management.
- Inputting into Project Groups where these involve the role's managed portfolio and/or input on behalf of the Property Team.
- Undertaking valuations as required.
6 Months Initially Hybrid 3 Office 2 Remote Full time Potential for extension £400 - £450 per day (umbrella).
