Local authority in Essex are currently looking for a senior estate surveyor for an initial period of 3 months.

Purpose of the role: The role is part of the Property Strategy and Estates team, where you will provide professional property/estates advice to the client. As an advocate of best practice, you will be responsible for delivering a caseload of estates matters covering the Councils operational and non-operational (investment) property portfolios.

Using your existing knowledge of property and estates management practices, you will deliver acquisition and disposals projects and provide technical advice and guidance to other members of the Property Strategy and Estates team, as well as internal and external clients.

£450 a day, 37 hours per week, 3 remote, 2 office, 3 months initially - likely to be longer.
