The Role

Working closely with a range of corporate clients, you will take ownership of hospitality events from concept to delivery. You will liaise directly with stakeholders to understand their requirements, create bespoke menus, and work alongside venue-based teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss event requirements, menus, dietary needs, and guest numbers
  • Designing creative and innovative menus tailored to each event
  • Leading and inspiring kitchen teams at various venues
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and venue teams
  • Managing multiple hospitality functions across the South London and Beckenham area
