We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer on behalf of a respected housing and support provider operating across the West Midlands. This role is based in Birmingham and requires a car driver. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional to join a dedicated team working with individuals who require housing-related support to achieve greater independence, improve their wellbeing, and successfully transition into long-term accommodation.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of tenants, providing tailored support, coordinating access to services, and helping individuals overcome barriers to independent living.
The Role:
- As a Housing Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred support to tenants living within supported accommodation services.
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help individuals develop life skills, sustain their tenancies, and achieve their goals.
