I am recruiting for a global FM Service Provider who are looking for an experienced CAFM Manager to act as the vital link between operational teams and our CAFM function, helping drive system development, governance, and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Senior CAFM Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how CAFM supports operational delivery, mobilisation, and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between operational teams and the CAFM function, ensuring CAFM solutions support business objectives.
- Lead the development and management of a CAFM Super User Community, hosting workshops and calls to drive innovation and best practice.
- Own CAFM governance, working with CAFM Technical Managers and IT partners to prioritise improvements and workstreams.
- Audit and validate operational CAFM procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Agree, document, and test workflow scenarios with Regional Directors and Business Managers.
- Support mobilisation of new contracts, embedding CAFM systems into operational solutions.
- Identify, report, and resolve CAFM system issues through structured action plans.
- Evaluate new systems and software releases, producing review papers and recommendations.
- Build and manage large datasets relating to PPM activity and asset information for CAFM integration.

- Ability to map and document processes and procedures.
- Solid understanding of PPM schedules and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with FSI Concept Evolution.
Desirable
- Experience with mobile CAFM solutions.
- Involvement in large-scale mobilisation and demobilisation projects.
- Ability to create reports and visualise data using Power BI or Tableau.
- Workflow design experience.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
