We are looking for a Key Account Director to lead our client's account, centred on the major Weybridge campus.
Location: Weybridge
Salary: Up to £95,000 + car + 10% bonus
Working pattern: 4 days on site
This is a senior leadership role on a high-profile government contract with real scale and complexity. The account involves around 800 people, a core contract worth c.£50m, plus an additional c.£25m of project opportunity. The Weybridge site has a strong engineering focus, with long-term plans to develop a new site by 2035. This role has genuine strategic scope as well as day-to-day operational responsibility.
The person in this role will need to be commercially sharp, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating across both hard and soft FM services at a senior level. You will be leading a well-established team, managing three direct reports, and working closely with a senior government client contact.
This role is for someone who can lead confidently, spot opportunities for growth and project work, and build strong relationships at every level. The contract is in its early years, the account has significant scale, and there is real opportunity to influence both service delivery and future project growth.
