Looking for an opportunity where your electrical expertise genuinely makes a difference? Insight Executive is recruiting for an Engineering Manager – Electrical to lead engineering operations on a major healthcare site in Liverpool.

This is a critical role where reliability, compliance, and performance directly support patient care in a fast-paced acute hospital environment.

You’ll be based onsite, five days per week, leading a team of seven engineering professionals, including a Supervisor and six Electrical Engineers, ensuring electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards while driving operational excellence across the site.

  • On-call allowance up to £2,000 per year (1 in 5 weekend rota)
  • Opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team in a complex healthcare environment
  • Healthcare engineering experience within an Acute Hospital environment (essential)
  • Strong electrical engineering leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams and managing operational performance in a critical environment
