As an Associate Partner Alliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and activating partner ecosystems that help Public Sector organisations solve complex business challenges and accelerate transformation.

Working closely with experienced Partner Alliance Managers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to ecosystem strategy, partner development, proposition creation, and partner-led revenue growth, providing a clear pathway towards a future Partner Alliance Manager role.
- What You’ll Do
- Build and Develop Partner Ecosystems
- Support the growth and management of partner ecosystems across the Public Sector market.
- Manage and develop relationships with Growth Tier partners.
- Identify, assess and onboard partners that align to customer needs and strategic priorities.
- Maintain partner intelligence and ecosystem mapping to support future growth.
- Drive Partner Engagement
- Create and maintain development plans for Growth Tier partners.
- Support partner engagement activities, workshops and relationship-building initiatives.
- Increase partner participation within ecosystem plays and go-to-market activities.
- Contribute to partner governance and regular business reviews.
- Support Ecosystem Plays and Go-to-Market Activities
- Help develop and execute ecosystem plays aligned to customer outcomes and market opportunities.
- Work alongside Sales, Services, Solutions Specialists and Partner Alliance Managers to activate partner-led initiatives.
- Support proposition development and ecosystem solution design.
- Contribute to repeatable go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Create Commercial Opportunities
- Identify partner-led opportunities and connect them with the appropriate sales teams.
- Support opportunities through the sales cycle alongside internal stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with account teams to uncover whitespace opportunities and expand ecosystem engagement.
- Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive partner development.
- Research Market Opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, funding programmes and Public Sector transformation initiatives.
- Help align ecosystem strategies with emerging market demand.
- Conduct research and gather intelligence to identify future growth opportunities.
- Build Strong Internal Relationships
- Collaborate with sales, services, solutions and partner teams to support ecosystem initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across the business.
- Help ensure consistent delivery of ecosystem strategies and partner-led opportunities.
- Support Governance and Reporting
- Maintain partner records, growth plans and ecosystem data.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews and ecosystem performance reporting.

Essential Experience
- Experience in partner management, business development, account management, sales, or a related commercial role.
